HEM CH14 is a hydraulic cylinder tube honing machine with an electric over hydraulic and full automation design. With this innovative design, there is no need to connect a hose to bring honing oil to the tube. Once the honing settings are in place, the operator can start honing without the need to maintain proper feed during the honing process.

Key Features:

1.  Auto feeding honing oil through the drive shaft , Honing oil goes automatically through the drive shaft directly to the stones and this is unique to our machine.
2. Self-centering tube holder mechanism – The tube is automatically centered when mounted on to the machine.
3. Self Tensioning Mechanism : The load between the stones and the tube will stay constant during the honing process without touching the machine and it’s adjustable as well.
4. All parameters like honing speed , stroke speed are adjustable . Being hydraulic over an electric system , the honing result is flawless.
