New product for line boring and welding combined in
the same portable unit for combined Boring and welding up to diameters
of 1.2mts. The new tool which has been in field operation for over three
years and can carry out boring and weld surfacing operations in automatic
mode on remote locations or in workshops, dry dock. It can be used on
all articulated joints on shaft rebuilds, building and road construction
machines as well as industrial machines of any size or application, it
is an extremely versatile tool for any Ship Repair workshop, which allows
you to re bore and weld with the same machine, the unit can work in any
position without altering its accuracy performances, it also allows you
to work in field service applications where the cost for disassembly transport
and re assembly would accrue if using other methods of working bores.
The new product is a machine tool which can carry out boring and weld-surfacing operations in automatic mode in remote locations or dry dock sites and in workshops on many marine applications as well as earth-moving machines, building and road construction machines, container Arm and Crane Bearings as well as agricultural and industrial machines of any make and size. The application for the machine are endless, it can be used for re boring of lifting arms on loaders & excavators, steering pivots, cylinder repairs ie rebuilding cylinder shells and then re boring, for frame hinging holes on cabins, for brake drum re bores on trucks, line axle re bore in marine applications, re bore of mounting buckets or virtually any where that re boring and/or welding is required and it is currently used by many Ship repair and maintenance facilities, who find it an invaluable and profit making tool compared to past technology for Re Boring. The new line borer can work in any position and inclination without altering its accuracy or performance It can also bore and weld all the above applications up to 1.2mt diameter. |
