To handle the really tough job of removing the extra large tyres from the rims of off road vehicles, such as dump trucks and wheel loaders, then mounting the tyre back on the rim, Maruma have developed the MTM-100 Giant tyre Demounting and Mounting Machine.

Now one person can quickly and efficiently remove the tyre from the rim and remount the tyre onto the rim wth the use of the electro-hydraulic powered MTM-100. The difficult and time consuming task of separating the tyre bead from the rim of large tyres can be done quickly and without damage to the tyre when utilising MTM-100.

Disassembling and assembling time is greatly reduced compared to other manual methods. For example, for a 33.00 x 51 class tyre, the complete work can be done in about 60 minutes, not including the time required to repair the rim or tyre.
