Power UpKit HPU series is designed for power up of the hydraulic components tester. Applicable hydraulic testers are not only our original testers, but also other manufacturers' testers. The picture on the left is a model HPU-125 installed on a Komatsu hydraulic tester.

Torque increase and many other services are available as options

Recently the owners of our Hydraulic Components Universal Tester have been faced with new testing requirenments needing more horse power from the tester. To meet these requirements, Maruma has developed a new power up kit which increases the power output of your present tester.

With simple reconstruction, the horsepower of your existing hydraulic tester can be increased by 100, 125, or maximum 150 HP (depending on the power up kit model). The power up kit output horsepower additionally assists existing hydraulic tester in order to increase both drive motor output and high pressure flow out performance.

Maximum output hydraulic flow pressure and maximum hydraulic flow back pressure (load pressure) could be increased up to 420kg/cm2. therefore, it is now possible to set the pressure of the safety valve of test components which require high pressure. The hydraulic pump which requires a max of 420kg/cm2 pressure can also be tested.
