HCS-25-LS-CE-EX HYDRAULIC CYLINDER SERVICER

A manual model, offered as a lower cost alternative to the models with automatic hydraulic functions. The HCS-25-LS-CE-EX applies 25,000 ft-lb (3457.5 kg-m) of torque to remove threaded glands and piston retaining nuts. There are tons of force available to insert/extract piston rods, as well. This model features an electric hydraulic power supply, faster extraction with a 48 in. (1219.2 mm) stroke indexing cylinder, a valve operated double acting indexing cylinder and a single acting torquer cylinder.

Used to mount piston rods terminating in a female ball joint to the servicer T-slot chuck.
